Job Title: PeopleSoft Administrator Lead Location: St. Paul, MN Duration: 7 Months 3 references F2F or via Skype (face-to-face preferred) PeopleSoft Administrator Lead The successful candidate will fulfill the role of PeopleSoft administration lead who will be responsible for understanding and reviewing the current PeopleSoft enterprise environment and infrastructure and understanding the impact that PeopleSoft 9.2 and PeopleTools 8.55 will have on the current enterprise environment, including the impact that the Fluid User Interface, Elastic Search and transitioning to an Oracle Exadata / Exalogic platform will have on the PeopleSoft 9.2 upgrade project. Roles and Responsibilities Manage respective PeopleSoft administration activities including driving all related project tasks, objectives and milestones Direct and guide PeopleSoft 9.2 administration decisions as they relate to the client environment and infrastructure Will be part of the Project Management Office (PMO) team Create, document and track issues and resolutions Track, escalate and document project risks, issues, decisions and changes to PeopleSoft administration, infrastructure and environment scope Provide input and research into project recommendations and decisions related to PeopleSoft and/or Oracle OBIEE environment needs Work with existing client staff to transition to an Oracle Exalogic platform Apply PeopleSoft administration skills using PeopleSoft Upgrade Manager (PUM) process Work with technical resources (Database Administrator(s), Server Administrator(s), Storage Administrator(s), Network Administrator(s)) to build and configure the PeopleSoft environments Provides expertise to meet or exceed Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0 (Level AA) and Section 508 (Subparts A-D) Administer, maintain and support PeopleSoft applications; includes web servers, application servers, reverse proxy servers, REN server, Integration Broker and Process Schedulers Develop and mentor other team members to provide backup for PeopleSoft Administrator duties Evaluate/implement technical solutions related to the integration of PeopleSoft with external systems such as web applications Provide recommendations on best practice environment setup and migration strategy for both regular support and project related environments consistent with Oracle’s PeopleSoft Update Manager (PUM) strategy and roadmap Provide recommendations on updating PeopleSoft web and application server configuration to ensure proper optimization Mandatory Qualifications 10 years’ experience in PeopleSoft administration roles 7 years’ experience in lead roles managing PeopleSoft instances 2 years’ combined experience with PeopleSoft 9.2 FMS or SCM applications 1 year experience with PeopleTools 8.54 or higher 1 year experience with Fluid User Interface 1 PeopleSoft enterprise deployment on large-scale project (large-scale is considered >$5 million project or >35 project staff) Able to work on-site 5 days per week.
