Responsible for building and managing the project/program management

SCOPE OF THE PROJECTS:
SCDHHS is the State Medicaid Agency for South Carolina. This project is
focused on the replacement of the State’s Medicaid Management Information
System (MMIS). The project is a major undertaking for SCDHHS and requires
major transformation of culture, processes and technology. It also supports
the Department’s transition from primarily a fee-for-service payer of
claims towards a program and policy driver for health outcomes primarily
through managed care programs.

DAILY DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:
The State seeks a skilled professional with a full understanding of the
SDLC and level of testing experience who can work independently and
alongside project team members, State agency representatives and all
impacted Third Party vendors. The Agile project methodology will primarily
be leveraged which will require significant organizational skills. The
following duties will apply for this Automated QA Tester position:
Collaborate and report to the Test Manager on all testing duties
Work with Test Manager to establish test automation framework using
industry standard tool(s) such as Test Complete, Selenium, SOAPUI, etc.
from inception to implementation for a complex SOA Medicaid solution
Create and maintain a suite of functional, regression and load tests;
integrate test suites into the test management system
Work with an Agile development team to perform automated testing in
