F2F InterviewMandatory Requirements
Bachelors’ degree or equivalent work experience is required.
Minimum of 8 years of Business Analyst experience.
Proven experience in eliciting and documenting requirements.
Strong knowledge of and previous experience with technical data
documentation concepts and techniques; e.g. (data requirements, data
mapping, conceptual entity relationship data modeling).
Solid knowledge of and previous experience with business process and
workflow modeling concepts, techniques and tools.
Proven experience in analyzing data to draw business-relevant conclusions.
Minimum of 4 years of experience with Microsoft Office suite of products
such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Project.
A solid understanding of information technology strategies, concepts,
processes and techniques.
Minimum of 2 years of experience supporting complex IT application
implementation project(s).
Excellent communication skills and ability to effectively interact with
wide range of audiences, including operational staff, management and
technical personnel.   Ability to act as liaison / conduit between parties,
as necessary.
Strong teamwork skills; ability to lead collaboration with diverse staff as
well as work independently.
Excellent problem solving /judgment skills and high level of attention to
detail and accuracy.
Excellent analytical skills and an informed, evidence-based approach.
Ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and multi-task to achieve
progress on various activities.

Preferred Requirements (Not Mandatory but Nice To Have)
Public sector experience (Federal, State or County Government).
Clinical analysis and knowledge of patient care processes in an inpatient
and/or outpatient setting.
Electronic Health Records (EHR) experience (system agnostic).
Project Management role experience.
Experience utilizing SharePoint document management tool.
HIT and HIE knowledge and experience; specifically with Health Level 7
International (HL7) standards and Surescripts e-prescribing capabilities.
Knowledge of Stockell Insight billing application and QS1 pharmacy
management systems.
