*Responsibilities: *
* * Define architecture, responsible for reviewing code and ensuring the
quality of code
* Deep knowledge of web technologies including .NET (very strong in C#
Web2.0 is a must), Content Management Systems, Portal Technologies,
eCommerce platforms, Rich Internet Applications, Web services / Service
Oriented Architecture
* PLUS, At least 1 years of User Experience expertise
* PLUS, experience with an Agile Project Management system such as
RallyDev
* Provide innovative solutions to push the boundaries of technical
constraints.
* Work with the Onsite and Offshore lead's to establish a collaborative
environment between technology and the other disciplines
* Responsible for mentorship and guidance to (offshore) technical team
members
* Write technical documentation (admin guides) and helps to determine
better internal processes
* Assist Business Development and project teams in scoping and
estimating project work for medium to small sized projects, may present at
pitches to clients
* Identifies new opportunities and ideas for the project - which can be
proposed to clients for future enhancements
* Follows standard policies and procedures; recommends improvements as
appropriate.|
* Understand Agile methodology and phases of SDLC very well
* Will be involved in all cycles of SDLC (mainly - coding, testing, and
maintenance).*
