 The redesign project involves developing custom modules, content types,
and views using Drupal freeware on a hosted platform (Pantheon). Other
tasks include participation in daily team meetings, working with customers
to identify needs, documenting processes and procedures, page styling, and
performing bug fixes.

The Web Developer’s role is to build the operations end of the
organization’s Web sites and keep them running smoothly. This includes
designing, building, and implementing new Web pages and sites; integrating
sites with back end applications; migrating legacy applications to the Web;
and performing day-to-day administration of the organization’s Web
portfolio:

 *Job Responsibilities:*

− Use Web technologies, protocols, and tools including Adobe Dreamweaver,
Microsoft Expressions, and Microsoft SharePoint.

− Use Internet programming languages, including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript,
PHP.

− Use application development methodologies.

−Participate in SCRUM process.

− Computer graphic and multimedia design.

− Structure, develop, and implement interactive corporate Web sites.

− Install, upgrade, and maintaining Web servers and associated operating
systems, including IIS and Apache.

− Database development, including Oracle and MySQL.

− Project management.

− ADA and 508 compliance.

− Conduct research into emerging Internet technologies and programming
languages.

− Organizational Web development strategy.

− Update Web pages to ensure site accuracy and currency.

− Diagnose and troubleshoot problems with existing Web applications and
sites.

− Work with database administrator to design, develop, and update databases
as they relate to Web applications.

− Ensure security of all Web sites and related applications.

− Monitor and report on Web site traffic and performance.

*Hard Requirements*

   - Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience with Drupal website development,
   verified by references and/or live site examples
   - Understanding/knowledge of Drupal modules
   - Understanding/knowledge of Drupal theming
   - Ability to create a Drupal website from concept to website launch
   - The must haves for coding: php, html, css, javascript, jquery
   - Experience with Git
   - multi-site setup experience with the Domain Access module is very
   helpful.

*Soft Requirements*

   - Comments on module/theme issues on Drupal.org
   - Authored modules or contributed to modules on Drupal.org
   - Other forms of involvement in the Drupal community
