Position: *Identity Management Engineer* Duration: 3-6 Months Contract Location: Dublin, OH Rate : DOE *SPECIFIC DUTIES, ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:* • This will be a combination for daily transaction support and project code development. • Daily resolve defects thorugh routine corrective action or code remediation. • Work with Peer Teams to design solutions Supply work estimates for tasks Work with Project Management and leadership to communicate status of tasks Communicate with Project Management and leadership when unable to meet project deliverables or deadlines. • Good Communication Skills – Ability to take technical details and simplify for explanation with Project Management and Leadership. • Self-Motivated Identify and Solve Problems to supply leadership with technical answers and options. • Prioritize Tasks Effectively to meet project deadlines and deliverables. Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks at the same time. *POSITION REQUIREMENTS:* Education or Equivalent: BS in computer or related field. Qualifications / Skills Requirements: • Good Communication Skills – Ability to take technical details and simplify for explanation with Project Management and Leadership. • Self-Motivated • OS: Windows 2003, and above is a must. Unix/Linux experience is a must. • Database Experience: SQL and oracle experience is a must. • DTS experience is a plus. • Application Experience: Experience with CA Identity Manager is Experience with Java, J2EE technologies including Servlets, Java Server Pages (JSP),and EJBs. • Good knowledge of application servers (preferably WebSphere). • Experience with web development frameworks (Struts MVC,JSF, Spring) Experience with JUnit, Ant and code quality analysis tools like FindBugs, PMD etc. • Experience with Agile Methodologies, Test First Development and Refactoring. • Experience with web services development and Axis framework highly desirable. • Expert J2EE Application development and integration experience • Experienced in J2EE application production support and performance management * Thanks & Regards....?
