Multiple QA's Needed REQ #1 *Title: (2) Quality Analysts* *Location: Grand Rapids, MI* *Length: 1 year* *Details:* MUST HAVE *EXCELLENCT COMMUNICATION SKILLS* & *5+ years software testing experience* * * Key Tasks • Analyzes system and business requirements for testability • Develops, documents, maintains, and executes specific test plans and test cases that trace back to the business requirements • Utilize testing tools, as required. Preference for tools would be *IBM Rational (JAZZ) platform tools, Requirements Composer, RQM,* *functional testing tools* (the names have changed) and *Worksoft's Certify*. • Reports status around test plan execution through defect logs and defect tracking system • Reports status around test plan execution to track against projected test execution plan • Validates acceptance criteria are met. • Assists with resolution of environmental issues; supports implementation and user training activities • Develops Test Design Reports, including definition of Test Objectives and Test Scenarios, Quality Criteria and metrics • Analyzes Test Results; assists in troubleshooting and Root Cause Analysis • Supports the Configuration/Change Management groups as necessary to ensure smooth transition of code through lifecycle • Defines testing strategy and manages testing activities locally Requested Technical Expertise • Working knowledge of *database architecture* – basic query and selection statements • Working knowledge of *security authentication* and * authorization* for application access • Experience testing *Web, Legacy, MQ messaging, Web Services* and *Client/Server architecture* • Understanding *WAN/LAN* architecture • Experience testing distributed applications • Experience with *Automated Testing solutions * *• Project Management* knowledge • Experience in *Agile Testing methodology* REQ #2 *Title: QA* *Location: Grand Rapids,.
