Communicate well. Deliver products as scheduled. Emphasize quality-built systems. At least five years of experience as a developer with ASP.NET and C# and WPF. Proficient on SQL Server 2005 or 2008 development. Strong understanding of computer science foundations. Strong knowledge of the .NET framework features such as memory management.
