*Position : Data Analyst -2 Openings* *Location : Dallas, TX* *Duration : 6 Months* *Rate : $47/hr* *NO OPT EAD* *Experience Level Required* 6+ years applicable experience or strong desire to work with data and customer experience. Our Business Intelligence team is a crucial part of driving business, product, and operational decisions by providing rich data, strategic insights and analytical products. We are expanding our team and are looking for a Analyst who thrives in a fast-paced, and collaborative environment, and who is energized by using data to optimize and improve the customer experience. The perfect fit for this role will be able to sort through deep data sets and tell stories through data to support business hypotheses. The candidate should be data-curious and passionate, a good communicator, smart, flexible and produces exceptionally high quality work. You will be creating digital dashboards and summary reports for presentations to management and various company business units. Driving core insights from the data to provide recommendations that drive fundamental improvements to the site experience and increase performance against KPIs. The ideal candidate will be strong user of Site Catalyst / Adobe Analytics, including demonstrated experience with both the implementation (for troubleshooting) and use of Adobe Analytic ad hoc tools. Social Media reporting and Google Analytics a plus, but not required. Proficiency with Excel and other MS Office Suite Tools, Adobe Analytics and Marketing Cloud tools (Report Builder, Ad Hoc Analysis, Data Warehouse etc..) Experience with any Social media tracking tools (eg.
