*Position : Data Analyst with (healthcare)* *Location : Birmingham, AL* *Duration : Long-term* *Rate:$45/hr* *Qualifications / Skills / Experience:* The ideal candidate will possess 1. A Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, management information systems or a field with a quantitative and analytical emphasis (math, physics, chemistry, engineering) with a minimum of one year relevant experience. 2. Comprehensive knowledge of visual design and the ability to transform statistical and computational analysis into understandable graphs, charts and animations, creating both static and dynamic visualizations that clearly show insights from data and corresponding analytics. 3. The ability to determine the most appropriate techniques for different classes of problems, apply the relevant technologies to business problems and translate the results and insights in such a way that the business can understand their value. 4. Experience successfully working across organizational boundaries to drive consensus and change. 5. The ability to communicate effectively across all levels of management and departments. 6. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate complex topics to a variety of audiences, both technical and non-technical. 7. Basic SQL skills preferred and other programming experience is a plus. 8.
