It will be a custom solution which includes out of the box Oracle capabilities, Approvals Management Engine (AME), Preventative Controls Governor (PCG), and approval hierarchies. This person must have PCG experience in R12, being fully versed in how PCG works with Oracle Application Framework (OAF). Having experience on using PCG with Oracle R12.x is must-have (Procurement highly desired) Deliverables: Functional and Technical Design Reviews.
