REQUIREMENTS: Resource who is solid/fluent with using Mercury Tools, this role will be a mixture of both manual and automated testing Healthcare experience would be nice to have! () Responsibility: * Provide accurate and timely QA of plan setups * Consistently track test results according to standard operating procedures * Assist with and/or complete impact reports of various plan set-up errors according to client guidelines and requirements and per Standard Operating Procedures * Writes clear concise impact report findings including overall condition, cause, and effect * Develop and maintain test plans consistently and accordingly based on defined standard operating procedures and client changing plan designs * Resolve testing issues related to requests and/or error correction * Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
