Knowledge on Supply Chain domain, Conduct Requirements gathering session
with business, document RTM & Use Cases, Review Test cases, conduct UAT,
provide support to development team on any requirement gaps and Manage
Change control. Strong logistics experience/expertise and proficiency in MS
Office Suite. Responsible for preparing requirements, specifications,
business processes, and recommendations in compliance with standards,
policies and methodologies. Gather and synthesize functional and
non-functional business requirements ensuring alignment to business
strategy. Execute gap analyses between business requirements and best
practices. Develop business cases, process and business test strategy,
case, and execution.
Transport Management Systems knowledge, background on reverse logistics.
Good understanding of financial terms such as GL, AP and grasp on Supply
chain management involving shippment of products from vendors to a
company's warehouse. Strong analytical skills - ability to link strategies
and objectives to develop a plan and drive results. Good planning /
organizing skills – ability to react to changing priorities and
requirements. Team player with the ability to also work independently with
little supervision.
