*Description:*

looking for an Information Security Analyst who manage the following day to
day responsibilities:

• Provides technical expertise and support to client, IT management and
other infrastructure staff in risk assessments, implementation and
operational aspects of appropriate information security procedures and
products.

• Provides ongoing Level 3 support for LDAP, Siteminder and other Directory
Service products. This includes upgrades, patches, tuning, monitoring,
problem resolution and identification of root cause, and troubleshooting
escalated Directory Service configuration problems.

• Performs ongoing log/trend analysis of services and evaluation of new
releases and new release functionality.

• Has active involvement in related audits and remediation activities

• Supports system engineering groups as required for ongoing analysis and
integration efforts

• Acts as consultant to customers looking for Directory Service solutions.

• Acts as lead and mentor to other Directory Service team members.



*Required Skills:*

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline and at
least eight years of solid work experience in Information Technology or an
equivalent combination of education and work experience.

• 5-7 years of experience in supporting a mission critical 24x7 production
environment in an operations role and experience in troubleshooting and
diagnosing systems to address real-time production issues

• Working knowledge of ODSEE (SunOne LDAP) and SiteMinder Policy Server

• Working knowledge of SSL encryption, key management and certificate
management

• UNIX shell scripting

• Excellent written and oral communication skills working with developers
and applications teams for multiple lines of business

• Demonstrated ability to define and document operational procedures

• Ability to work independently as a team member

*Operations Identity Management team is a Level 3 infrastructure support
team whose responsibilities include the analysis, design, deployment and
troubleshooting Identity and Access management solutions for both internal
and external enterprise applications.  Supporting technologies include
Single Sign On (SSO), Siteminder, Identity Federation, Virtual Directory
Aggregation, Multi-Factor Authentication, Identity Stores, Web Services,
Directory Synchronization, Identity Governance and Role Based Access
Controls.*



*This is a technical senior position responsible for supporting the day to
day operational BAU duties, assume lead roles in projects of expertise as
well as assist with the strategic anaylsis and direction of the team.  With
a heightened focus on access management within the organization, this
position will be key in helping improve current practices as well as
implement new tooling to support the initiatives.  Communicating
effectively between operational and development communities of varying
technical background is an important skill to demonstrate.  *



*Primary Duties and Responsibilities:*

· Possesses and applies broad knowledge of concepts and principles
or exhibits technical expertise related to server infrastructure and web
based application support.

· Able to understand how concepts apply to design or architectural
efforts

Identity and Access Management Integrations

Required

Coordinating the delivery of and /or completing technical deliverables on
all assigned projects.  Producing Infrastructure Engineering deliverables
on all projects that meet or exceed established benchmarks for quality and
performance in accordance with the project timeline.  Maintaining effective
and consistent communication within the team, across all Infrastructure
Service Delivery teams, and with resources in other IT Services groups.
 Proactively raising issues to Team Leads when necessary.  Providing 4th
level support to Operations in the field of expertise.  Translating
detailed Requirements and Design and Solution Architecture deliverables
into detailed design specifications.  Providing Consultancy expertise and
Business Case Estimates.  Leading or participating in research initiatives.

Please give a high level explanation of the application or technology that
this candidate would work Active Directory and related technologies SME:
Deep knowledge and experience in implementing, troubleshooting, and
maintaining FIM and/or Oracle Identity Manager. Advanced knowledge of
complex, multiple domain Active Directory infrastructures, including site
setup and management, architecture/topology, schemas and schema extension
management, group management, group policies, user account management,
management of printers and other computer objects Engineering and
implementation experience in Active Directory domain consolidation,
infrastructure rationalization, and cross-domain object migration projects
Experience with O365 or other cloud-based hosting solutions. Experience

complex portfolio of applications spanning a broad technology spectrum,

also be able to utilize SiteMinder to provide multiple authentication
levels so resources can be accessed in different ways, and report usage
statistics. Able to use SiteMinder API calls, develop custom Site Minder
codes as needed, and assist application teams in integrating various
applications with SiteMinder, reviewing code and recommending code or
Siteminder configuration changes as needed. Candidate should be able to
collaborate with architecture, development, operations, security,
engineering teams to ensure quality design, implementation, and performance
of enterprise security solutions. Candidate should have experience working
with SiteMinder APIs and Siteminder ASA. The successful candidate will be
expected to meet with application engineers and solution teams to ensure
that WAM modules are utilized before developing further custom codes
required for various application requirements.Candidate should know how the
Web Access Management products fit in an enterprise architecture and fine
tune according to various application integration needs. Knowledge of SAML,
