Must be local to NJ/PA only. Job Discription: The ideal candidate will have the following responsibilities. Will be working closely with business domain experts and deliver technical designs and associated documents, leading a small-medium group of developer through the entire SDLC. The lead should be comfortable in contributing to complex development tasks and have exposure to performance optimization. The ideal candidate would have an expertise in development and design using industry standard frameworks such as UML, Spring, Struts, and Hibernate. The ideal candidate would be strong in associated technologies such as JDBC, Websphere, JSP, Servlet, core Java, and single-sign on, with 1 or more project completed with Java layer performance optimization.
