weblogic & some background of SSO

VMware - build, migration / upgrades, VMotions, Version upgrades

Should have ability to understand big picture (enterprise / global VM
landscape)

Work with regional teams to standardize VM setup across globe

Willingness to work with global team on need basis (AM / PM calls not very
frequent)

Good soft skills

Good documentation skill to create architect diagrams
