Please review job details mention below- *Java Lead , QA Lead * Client : Direct end client Location: Sacramento, CA Long term multiyear project. *Primary Duties: * •Participates in all phases of the software development life cycle, including developing test plans, test cases, and execution of test scripts. •Perform integration, system, regression, and smoke testing, while coordinating with near-shore and off-shore team members. •Documents software issues and enhancement requests and assists development with concise and detailed steps for duplication of the problem. •Verifies resolved Change Requests and maintains accurate status for Change Requests entered in each project. •Assists fellow team members and customers with problem reporting and resolution and maintaining appropriate follow-up communications throughout the resolution process. •Works closely with high performance team throughout the development life cycle to ensure clarity of business/functional requirements and effectively deal with issues as they arise. •Write, execute, and maintain automation scripts using Selenium/Robot Framework. •Use SOAPUI or equivalent tools for testing REST web services. •Mentor other QA team members with automation and scripting, applying best practices and implementing automation framework and processes. •Contributes towards QA estimation and scheduling process. •Ensures all software products meet the highest quality possible by following industry recognized QA methodologies and best practices. •Acts as QA Lead on small initiatives. Monitors progress against schedule. •Works with the manager to schedule and prioritize tasks to promote efficient use of time. *Requirements:* •Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, or Equivalent experience •5 to 7 years of related experience in a Windows and/or UNIX Environment •Strong knowledge of SDLC -- experience with Agile scrum methodology preferred •Extensive automation experience using Selenium (Robot Framework, Quick Test Pro a plus) and scripting (VB script, JAVA) •Quality Center, QMetry, or other test management tools experience •Strong verbal and written communication skills as well as interpersonal skills, with both technical and non-technical associates •Proficient knowledge of the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) •Able to work in a fast-paced, agile environment and deliver quick turnaround without sacrificing quality. •Desire and ability to learn new skills and improve upon current skills •High degree of efficiency and motivation in work habits in a challenging, fast-paced environment •Good computer skills, including but not limited to: knowledge of multiple software programs (i.e., JIRA, MS Word, MS Excel, Quality Center, MS Project, etc.), operating systems, basic networking skills, and basic hardware knowledge. *Desired Skills and Experience:* •Experience testing Python/Java applications •Experience testing Angular JS and Rich Faces •Experience with LINUX/UNIX •Strong database and SQL experience (Oracle, SQL, and DB2) •Performance and Load Testing experience using tools such as Load Runner •Testing Certification (such as ISTQB) •Experience with projects with distributed resource model (on-shore, near-shore, and off-shore *Thanks & Regards,* *Suman Bakshi (Sam) * *SourceChip, Inc, North Brunswick, NJ * *s...@sourcechip.net <s...@sourcechip.net> | Direct - 732-917-4895 * *www.sourcechip.net <http://www.sourcechip.net> * Note: We respect your Online Privacy.
