*Duration: 6 months+* Project/Role: Provide expertise in the planning, constructing and execution of test scripts. Apply business and functional knowledge including testing standards, guidelines, and testing methodology to meet the team's overall test objectives. Ensure all testing results are easily accessible and understandable. Track defects to closure and keep defect repository up-to-date. The Software Engineer in Test is responsible for the creation, maintenance and execution of test automation for all technology solutions. Must have solid experience and skills as below: • Drive innovation in test automation strategy and methodology • Ensure success of continuous integration and quality control through automation • Ensure high-quality solutions through automation • Establish quality assurance standards and best practices for test automation Delivery o Review requirements and design specifications with an emphasis towards product testability o Develop test strategies with QA engineers, developers and team members o Develop and maintain automation testing across all layers: UI, services/API, mobile o Develop test harnesses o Design, extend, and optimize test automation framework o Automate test data management o Identify, implement, manage and report appropriate metrics. o Work with the Quality Assurance organization to ensure established procedures, standards and processes are utilized consistently o Maintains quality standards for own work; detail-oriented. o Develop and sustain positive relationships with peers.
