Kindly provide consultant's availability along with their rate confirmation.
Location: Long Island, NY
Hire type: 3-6 months
Rate/Salary: $40/hr
Technical knowledge required : Windows Application Support with experience
in MS-Office, IIS, Change Management processes, intermediate knowledge in
Transact SQL. Excellent communication skills.
Day to day activities :
1. Ensuring application availability in eDocs Document
Management application.
2. Coordinating with other groups internally like Shared
Services, DBAs, site support, lotus notes support, marimba, etc. for
troubleshooting, installation and change management.
3. Troubleshooting any issues either on the server side or
on the individual client machines.
4. Coordinating with the vendor for any new releases,
patches and issues.
5. Functional support of the product. (The resource will be
sent to vendor site for an onsite training)
