This is an ongoing project where they are building from scratch applications where UI is on top of ACM for contact center to share customer demographic information. The framework has already been laid out, their first large release is planned for April 2017, and there is extensive amounts of more work to be done as they continuously add more LOB, and make changes to the customer master.
