Technical Lead who has done a R12 to R12.2.5 upgrade(MUST HAVE) Needs
to be someone who's done financials. We need this resource onsite ASAP and
needs to be a top notch guy that already knows the process and can lead the
client resources.

• How many years of Oracle Financials?
• Have you done an upgrade to 12.2.5? What client?
