(not applicable for junior level) - Performing code reviews with other members of the team and providing guidance on refactoring, pair programming, and testing to ensure quality. (participation only for junior level) *BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (Required Skills, Ability and Experience):* - 8 years of experience as a software developer.
