   specifications.
   - Techno-functional experience in PeopleSoft FSCM 9, billing,
   receivable, payables and general ledger modules using PeopleTools 8.45 or

   - Experience in PeopleCode, SQR, SQL, Integration Broker, nVision,
   Crystal Reports, Messaging, XML technologies and Web Services.
   - Experience in performing business systems analysis on medium to

   and creating and executing test plans.
   - Professional experience in assessing the infrastructure requirements
   of PeopleSoft Financial Management systems to ensure they conform to the
   required specifications and achieve the design capabilities.
   - Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) from project
   management institute.


Please note that our client does allow Skype/remote interviews.  However
they reserve the right to require an in-person interview.

*Job Description:*

 CARS Legislation Project: an Article VII bill proposed as part of
the SFY 13-14 budget cycle includes a complete redesign of the assessment
process to one that will “float” with employers when there are shifts in
types of coverage.

Under the new assessment system, the WCB must, by November 1 of each year,
develop a “rate” to be applied for the following calendar year. Based upon
that rate, carriers and the SIF would collect directly from their policy
holders a prescribed amount and then submit that exact amount to the WCB.
The self-insurers (both public and private) would pay the amounts directly
to the WCB. The WCB would no longer issue bills (quarterly or annually,
depending upon type of assessment).

UEF Claims Transition: Workers’ compensations board has lost the majority
of the employees in their No insurance unit and the board has decided to
transition the claims and payments related to the Uninsured Employers Fund
(UEF) to a Third Party Administrator (TPA). This will require business
process reengineering to the Workers’ Compensation Board’s Financial
Management Information System’s claims and Accounts Payables modules.


* Duties include but are not limited to the following:*

1) Brings deep expertise in designing, tuning and monitoring infrastructure
to support PeopleSoft FSCM applications under the supervision of FMIS
supervisors.
2) Prioritizes, assigns and monitors individual team member tasks.
3) Coordinates team meetings (organize, communicate and provide meeting
minutes/summaries)
4) Provides guidance and strategy to problem/issue resolution
- Oversees team related documentation
5) Designs the overall architecture and infrastructure.
6) Code PeopleSoft financials modifications using the PeopleSoft
development tools.
7) Provide production support including issue resolution in a timely manner.
8) Manages the development of infrastructure for the PeopleSoft ERP Program
9) Communicate with users to gather requirements for projects and
enhancements to the production system.
10) Perform technical analysis and estimates for enhancement requests.
11) Perform complete lifecycle testing and document the code changes.
12) Perform tuning for slow running processes.
13) Monitor batch processes and resolve the issues.
14) Provide Technical leadership for system upgrade activities.
15) Provide weekly Status reports.
16) Documentation of software changes.
17) Perform the PeopleSoft code reviews as per the WCB coding standards.

Modifications to PeopleSoft interfaces with the existing WCB systems.
