*Duration: 3-6 months+* *No Expenses * * * *PeopleSoft HRMS Developer* * * • At least 7 years development experience in the PeopleSoft HCM modules (with 3 years in a senior role) • Proficient in analysis, design, development and implementation of the PS HCM 8.9 or higher. HCM 9.1 experience is a plus • Experience in PeopleSoft upgrade: Fit gap analysis, retrofit customizations, understand compare reports and run the upgrade job. • Proficient in following the full software development life cycle process and best practices. • Experience required with Oracle database and People Tools 8.47 – 8.51 : PS App Designer, Approval Workflow Engine, Integration Broker, PeopleCode, App Engine. • Hands on development experience in PS Portal and PS HCM Modules: HR, Base Benefits, Employee self-service, Manager self-service , Payroll Interface and Succession Planning • Proficient working with Oracle. • Highly knowledgeable of PS Security and PS Internet Architecture.
