Strong SSIS skills, source to target mapping, and exposure to peoplesoft. If not peoplesoft, any other ERP system. 2 yr long project, must be in Columbus, OH for full duration. *Job Description*: Focusing primarily on translating various business requirements into workable and understandable data conversion requirements to support the Workday Financials implementation under the general supervision of the lead. Utilizes PeopleSoft, Microsoft and other standard extract, transform and load (ETL) tools and processes to efficiently, accurately, and securely acquire, transform and load large sets of data from various sources within the university. Responsibilities include creating conversion design document, mapping of source to target, coding, testing and debugging of conversion programs. 90% Designs, codes, test, and debugs, documents and implements easy to complex data conversion programs. Performs all aspects of application programming and development to convert date from Peoplesoft financials, Great Plains and other systems to Workday. Will be responsible for understanding the source data and target, mapping of source to target, completing the conversion design document and building appropriate transformation program, unit testing and validating converted data. 10% Evaluates and provides technical solutions to moderately complex data conversion problems.
