Description: The Senior Software Engineer will be responsible for the design, implementation, testing, and packaging of a support agent call routing application built on top of Open Fire / XMPP real time instant messaging platform. Essential Day-to-Day Responsibilities: - Works on medium to large complex projects that are enterprise wide and require the highest level of expertise and multiple technical disciplines. - Working with on-shore and off-shore development, test and operations staff - Accountable for and takes responsibility for the quality of work delivered. Sets timeframes and schedules to meet customer and business needs. - Providing design recommendations, developing and integrating programs per written specifications.
