Basic SQL skills
. Some script development
. Ideally some Java programming as well
. Ideally experience with JMeter and SOAPUI
. Linux
. Mercury LoadRunner
. Must demonstrate philosophical understanding of testing web
services and web applications.
* Job Role / Description:
. Devise actionable performance test plans using "white box" testing
techniques. Will require some basic understanding of internal system
structure
. Build data generation and test harnesses
. Analyze performance results (not sure I would expect this person
to do much in the way of tuning)
. Create reporting infrastructure that minimizes "by hand"
generation of results and
. Build infrastructure to run/generate release-to-release
performance regression reports
