*Location - Jacksonville, FL*
*Duration - 6+ months and extensions*
*Highly prefer USC or GC candidates *
*This is for a business process analyst – business side focused (not IT)
--- supply chain is required*
*Retail experience is a huge plus!!!*
*THIS IS NOT FOR A BA --- BUSINESS PROCESS ANALYST – THERE IS A
DIFFERENCE!!*
*Responsibilities:*
*· Leads Business Process Modeling sessions, acting as a
facilitator, documentarian, or subject matter expert in sketch sessions. *
*· Conducts interviews and performs analysis in order to create
Business Cases for projects. *
*· Leads root cause analysis in order to recommend process
enhancements or other appropriate actions to improve productivity for the
business units.*
*· Participates in Business Process Management group efforts to
collect and analyze metrics and continually improve processes owned by the
group. *
*Qualifications:*
*· BS Business Administration with a minimum of 8+ years experience
with business process analysis, or the equivalent combination of education
and experience. *
*· Strongly preferred experience in Retail; Grocery even better*
*· Requires strong communication, analytical, facilitation and
negotiation skills. *
*· Strong skills and experience in documenting business processes
(process modeling)*
*· Strong skills and experience at analyzing business processes for
waste, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement*
*· Strong skills and experience in creating business presentations
summarizing process analysis and/or recommendations*
*· Knowledge of business process management (BPM), and industry
leading frameworks (e.g. BPMN)*
*· Knowledge of continuous improvement methods, tools, and
techniques (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, etc.)*
*· Skilled in utilizing business process modeling tools (e.g.,
Blueworks, Visio, etc.)*
*· Technically adept*
*· Ability to deal with ambiguity*
*· Ability to effectively work with/converse with all levels within
an organization*
