*Location: Columbus, OH* *Duration: 12+ Months* *They should be local because they are required to attend an in person test.* JFS is looking for TWO IT Security Specialist IIs. *Description of Duties:* 10% of Total Work Effort: Work-at-home users support on the existing systems. Any new applications or IP changes of existing applications that are accessed by external entities in the Counties. 25% of Total Work Effort: Replacing/troubleshooting any firewall issues. The security challenges from the firewall of all devices connecting to it through the VPN token process. 25% of Total Work Effort: RSA administration and updates. The conversion from the Novell solution to the Axway solution for FTP process. 15% of Total Work Effort: The move of all applications and resources within the Air Center DMZ to the SOCC DMZ. 25% of Total Work Effort: Attend requirements meetings, provide input into and/or complete detail network design documentation based on business requirements, coordinate work efforts among project assignments with others on the project team, provide verbal and written status to the team lead, collaborate with project managers, technical architects, team lead, and unit manager on the project, provide support for system testing and user testing, assist in daily issue resolution for the project, use technologies as described in the skill set required, perform testing, debugging of network equipment, create reports and technical network documents. Supplemental staff may be required to perform other duties as assigned by the team lead. Build of the Network and Firewall path for OIT to monitor the hosted Servers with their tools on the JFS network space. The conversion of the traffic from the older Cisco ASA firewall to the new Palo Alto’s at the SOCC and SOT. The conversion of the work-at-home users from the Cisco VPN to the Palo Alto VPN. Involvement in Hamilton County Firewall replacement and integration. Assist with all WAN X site migrations that have firewall integrations with County Networks. Assist with RSA administration and updates. *REQUIRED*: Completion of associate degree program or undergraduate core coursework in computer science; 2 yrs. trg. or 2 yrs. exp. in data security, 1+ yrs experience - of which must have involved determining appropriate access levels for resources & data files requiring resource access control protection & formulating appropriate access profiles for each application. 2yrs+ experience in VPN technology and administration. 2yrs+ experience in load balancer design & administration. 2yrs+ experience in firewall Administration Desired *Projects the Resources will be working on: * 1.
