Work Duration : 2 Years Skills Required : Overall IT experience required of upto 10 Yrs, with a minimum of 3 to 4 years of IT Support experience in Argus Infrastructure. Knowledge of various modules of Argus Safety, Perceptive Empirica. Good exposure to the Pharma Domain. Hands on experience in supporting Argus Infrastructure. Good Pharma domain knowledge. Must possess Excellent Communication skills. Customer facing role and worked in onsite/offshore model. Argus Specific Knowledge Required Database refresh activities Quarterly Maintenances Coordination Of Releases Windows 7 Testing MedDRA/WHO Drug Upgrade Knowledge Weekly / planned maintainenences Review of application accounts Provide L2 and L3 Support on Argus and its modules Monitor Argus services and identify issues with zombie services.
