Experience with Cisco Call Center projects is preferred, but others will be considered. *Role Description: (tasks and deliverables)* Manage upgrade of call center software and hardware at various sites. *Specific Skills: Minimum, requisite and must have’s* *( fill in attached skills sheet as well )* Experience managing complex IP telephony implementations or upgrades. Cisco Call Center experience is a big plus. *Client Technical Environment: * HW, SW, NW, DB, ERP, Tools, etc… Size of IT Dept. Cisco UCC *Preferred Project or Engagement Background: *Strategic/tactical Planning, Assessment, Proofs of Concept, Strategic Consulting, Solution Design/Development/ Implementation, Conversion, Hosting migration, etc… Implementation *Number of Years Experience: *minimum and desired 5-10+ years *Specific degree, certifications or industry specific experience client requires:* No *Will there be travel?* *If yes, will travel be reimbursed by client? * *If yes, how much travel is required?* On site preferred but open to travel for project open, close, and strategic checkpoints.
