*Location:Miamisburg, OH * Education/Experience o Bachelor degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related field required. MBA or other related advanced degree preferred. o 5-7 years experience required Responsibility level o Exercises independent judgment with minimal direction from supervisor o Will oversee outsourced functional and technical resources. Skills o Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, attention to detail and interpersonal skills (Required) o Strong ability to work independently and manage one’s time (Required) o Strong leadership and mentoring skills necessary to provide support and constructive feedback (Required) o Strong knowledge of PeopleSoft Portfolio Management, Project Costing, Resource Management and other Core Financial modules (GL, AP, AM, Expenses, eProcurement) o Experience with PeopleTools Version 8.49 or above o Strong knowledge computer software, such as PeopleCode, Visual Basic, Java, SQL, etc (Required) Major Job Duties and Responsibilities: o Advise users on requirements for the organization and translate those to configuration and detailed documentation for programmers and developers o Prepare cost-benefit and return-on-investment analyses to aid in decisions on system implementation o Advise users regarding the nature of the information processing or computation needs o Advise management on current system principles and necessary updates and recommendations o Supervise the expansion or modification of system to add new modules and improve existing modules and work flows o Advise staff and users to work with PeopleSoft Financials computer systems and programs o Assist with the development and maintenance of the PeopleSoft Financials system Qualification Rating Must Have Application Servers Oracle Application Server * 3 (Moderately Strong) of 5 (Expert)and 2 Yrs. Custom Qualifications Bachelor's Degree (4 year degree) No Business Process Redesign (BPR) Functional * 3 (Moderately Strong) of 5 (Expert) and 2 Yrs.
