Requirements:



•Bachelor's degree required

•[years] of applicable work experience required

•Minimum of [years] of working hands-on with all aspects of
Software Development Life Cycle

•Strong analytical, problem solving, collaboration and technical
skills

•Ability to be flexible and work analytically in a problem-solving
environment

•Experience facilitating performance planning, scenarios and
execution

•Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills

•A good relationship builder, both with colleagues and external
partners

•Proven ability to work independently and as a team member

•Good organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills

•Experience facilitating Joint Application Design (JAD) sessions



Assets



•Previous agile experience is a strong plus, scrum experience is
preferred.

•Experience with EDI formats (835/837, 270/271, etc.)

•Exposure to various ETL tools

•Healthcare industry experience, specifically clinical delivery a
strong plus

Location:  Columbus, Ohio

Duration:   2/28/17 with likely extension

Rate: $45/hr on c2c



*PROJECT DETAILS:*





*SPECIFIC DUTIES, ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: *



•  Responsible for analysis of failed EDI documents and maintenance
of customer setups.

•  Work closely with Cardinal business and IT teams to support new
business and improve customer support.

•  Create scripts and tools to improve supportability of EDI
platform for tier 1 and 2 teams.

•  Troubleshoot issues with current transactions or maps

•  Work with tier 3 team to develop platform specific knowledge and
improve tier 2 support procedures.



*POSITION REQUIREMENTS: *



Education or Equivalent: BS in computer or related field.



*Required Skills: *



Required: Knowledge in EDI document standards, EDI translation, customer
support procedures

Desired: PHP, SQL, Linux/Unix, Jaca, C#
