*JOB TITLE- UI Developer with React and Javascript experience* *LOCATION- NYC, NY* *DURATION- 6+ Months Contract* *MODE OF INTERVIEW: F2F* *Visa : USC or GC only* Must have React Must have solid communication skills Javascript Engineer - MUST have significant REACT experience- Strong Need someone with a steady background - not job hoppers or longer assignments Backend experience is helpful like Rails or Python He is seeing a lot of dense resumes that are “dry”- finance guys don’t work out here TDD - someone who thinks about testing their code as they crate Mocha, Jasmine, Karma (test frameworks that people use to bring our their code) **These are all specific JavaScript Testing Frameworks Continuous integration process- you push out code. Run on test server…need any improvements? Ask candidate “Tell me about an important architectural decision you were part of?” You will be helping to build out the UI and Javascript applications, that support the iPad app and provide a suite of features to their customers. The candidate should be able to work well as part of a team consisting of backend and other front end engineers. The candidate who is a good fit for this position will not only have strong development experience, but will be passionate about emerging technologies, the open source community, and might have even spent some time behind a register.
