Monsanto’s seed manufacturing business is complex and unlike typical manufacturing processes, therefore candidates must have strong technical APO SNP/DRP experience and be able to quickly learn new processes in order to be successful in this role. This person will be responsible for owning assigned tasks in the SNP module (DRP-Heuristics, Optimizer Deployment), identifying and resolving data and testing issues, monitoring daily jobs, assisting with compatibility testing, and defining and driving enhancements and configurations. Experience with APO’s Demand Planning module (DP) and/or APO-GATP is also highly desirable. *Responsibilities will include: * • Research, replicate, and resolve issues • Configure SNP, DRP, and CIF to support business requirements • Set up and configure SNP (including Heuristics, Optimizer, Deployment TLB) • Execute and monitor recurring monthly process activities, communicating progress and issues encountered to appropriate resources • Maintain documentation as processes and functionality changes • Develop Functional Design Specifications and other detailed enhancement documentation to support custom program development • Work with Demand Planning resources and designs to provide a seamless solution with SNP • Cross-functional work with BI, QM, PP-PI, SD, MM, ABAP, Basis, Operations, and other teams as necessary to resolve technical and process issues • Work with users, IT team members, and management to define and document business requirements, determine the appropriate SAP configuration and/or development required, and/or to document why the requirement cannot be satisfied by an SAP-based solution *Required Skills:* • Strong SAP APO experience consisting of SNP, and CIF (minimum 5 years APO experience with emphasis on SNP) • Experience executing and monitoring APO and ECC Jobs • Experience maintaining and modifying APO CIF • Experience maintaining and modifying SNP with special emphasis on DRP-Heuristics and Optimizer and Deployment Planning • Experience with APO/DP and/or APO-GATP is a plus • Working knowledge of DP/BI info cubes • Ability to work in a team environment • Ability to work closely with Monsanto's vegetable seed planners • Excellent verbal and written communication skills *Position: .Net Application Developer* *Duration: 5+ months* *Location: Phoenix, AZ* *Need Only Locals candidates who can do face to face Interview* *Position Summary* The candidate will be primarily responsible for providing development, enhancement, troubleshooting and maintenance for web-based applications. The successful developer will be solution oriented, adapt to changing environments, and able to work with minimal defined requirements. The ideal candidate must have previous experience implementing, testing, and debugging projects, as well as participating in team code/project reviews. *Responsibilities*: • Work at the lowest levels and taking the product through the entire lifecycle of analysis, design, coding, testing and implementation and support. • Planning, designing, developing, testing, and implementing new feature functionality for software applications per customer or internal specifications • Identifying, troubleshooting and debugging defects in designated application code • Experience participating in code reviews and making recommendations on requirements and best practices. • Ability to demonstrate an understanding of the full range of customer information/data management systems and related processes and protocols. • Able to resolve the difficult and complex challenges associated with the work performed. • Perform unit and system level testing on their application and all affected systems. • Deliver the required functionality in an agreed upon timely manner / work in an modified Scrum environment *Requirements*: • BS Degree CS or MIS or equivalent experience in related roles • Must have expert skill analyzing and writing .NET code using C# (8 years’ experience) • Work fluently with C# (8 years’ experience) T-SQL and SQL Server 2008 (4-5 years’ experience) • Solid Knowledge of SQL Development (Stored Procedures, Views, Query Optimization, etc.) • Solid understanding of HTML, JavaScript, jQuery, Ajax • Experience working with APIs, Rest API, Azure Technology, and Web Services. • Experience in creating WebAPI’s using .Net is highly desireable • Must be able to build Business Intelligence solutions in a collaborative, agile • Knowledge of current Microsoft .NET technologies including C#, VB.NET, ASP.Net, and SharePoint highly desired • Working knowledge of Team Foundation Services 2012 • Demonstrated ability to use
