Responsibilities
Collaborate in the development of an overarching test plan for each
shipping feature
Develop and own a set of critical product test cases
Develop and own the suite of test automation code
Collaborate with program management and development peers to ensure
appropriate test coverage
Ensure Agile software engineering best practices are utilized and
continuously enhanced

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years’ experience in commercial software
development disciplines
Exhibit a strong passion for software testing
2+ years of experience with C#/.NET
2+ years of experience with designing and implementing testing strategies
2+ years of experience implementing full product test automation
Strong communication skills (written and verbal) and ability to work with
corporate stakeholders as well as technical experts.

Other Qualifications
Experience with C# test tools (NUnit,TestNG, etc.)
Experience with performance/load testing tools, (Load Runner, etc.)
Ability to understand and write complex SQL queries
Hospitality industry exposure
Exposure to delivering software as a service
Exposure to critical scenario focused testing
Experience with customer and scenario focused engineering
Experience shipping software in globalized and localized environments
