Job Description:
The Sr. Perfomance Tester will be responsible for working with the client's
Technical Services Manager to create, execute, and maintain a
multi-application performance testing strategy.
This includes defining testing scope, identifying test scenarios,
establishing target metrics and baselines, developing test scripts,
developing and maintaining test data, executing performance tests, and
formulating and delivering a variety of reports to communicate performance
testing status, issues, and deltas.
It also involves coordinating performance testing and support resources
across the enterprise in order to successfully measure performance across
applications supported by multiple teams.
This candidate will also educate team and entity resources on the testing
tools/processes, and work with those resources to ensure the availability
of test environments (or highlight and communicate risks where such
environments are unavailable).
This candidate will also implement and/or manage performance testing tools
to support the approach.
