Job Description:

ODRC expects the developer to be extremely well rounded in programming
languages with the main knowledge skills in Microsoft C#, .NET Framework
1.1 to current version, ASP.NET languages, WIN-Forms development, MS SQL
Developer and  experience in Enterprise Data Modeling. The responsibilities
are primarily technical, developers also generally serve as an interface
between the least senior developers and management. Strong time management
skills ensuring that software projects come in on time and under budget.
Serve as technical adviser to management and provide programming
perspective on requirements.



All roles specified in PR2 plus the following :  *Required 6 Years*

Experience with C#  *Required 5 Years*

Experience with .Net 1.1 to 4.0 , ASP.net *Required 5 Years*

Experience with SQL procedures, functions tables views, etc *Required 5
Years*

Experience with Microsoft SQL Server 2000 to 2008 *Required 5 Years*

Experience with MS Visio or any flow diagram tool *Desired 2 Years*

Experience with Version control tools, ODRC uses TFS *Highly Desired 3
Years*

Experience with other programming languages such as JAVA and JQuery *Highly
Desired 2 Years*

Experience with the programming language of JQuery Mobile *Highly Desired 1
Year*

Experience with Knockout Library web framework *Highly Desired 1 Year*

Experience with the front-end framework Bootstrap tools *Highly Desired 1
Year*

Experience creating test documentation and performing System Tests.  *Required
4 Years*

Experience with creating technical documentation with application
functionality and test methods *Required 3 Years*

Experience with DotNetNuke (DNN) web content management system *Highly
Desired 1 Year*

Experience with manual QA testing processes *Highly Desired 3 Years   *

Excellent interpersonal skills *Required*





The project tasks would be as directed by the Application Manager; expect
to perform lower level tasks such as develop simple reports in HTML. Unit
testing and technical document creation is also expected.  This position is
not limited to one project area but can be worked across multiple projects
as needed.



Key Skills:

Development Skills:  Solutions design, Project technical planning,  (Edits
or creates for recommendation and approval Enterprise or IT artifacts,
including, but not limited to, policies, procedures, standards, guidelines
and best practices),  Analysis and design, Communication, Testing and
implementation, Recommends software reusability guidelines,  Plans and
conducts formal mentorship activities for peers and/or lower-level  staff
via verbal instruction or technical documentation.

Development Tools: C#, .NET1.1 to 4.0, ASP, Java Script and Active X
controls, familiar with other language tools.

Database: Microsoft SQL Server

Diagramming Tools:  MS Visio or any flow diagram tools (optional)

Version Control: ODRC uses TFS for version control for source code and
Documents, any products ok.

Testing: Perform System Test and Create Test Documentation

Documentation: Create Technical documentation with application
functionality and test methods, various flow diagrams (Business/Functional)
