Reviewing, analyzing, and evaluating business systems and user needs.
Formulates systems to parallel overall business strategies. Experienced
with business process reengineering and identifying new applications of
technology to business problems to make business more effective. Familiar
with industry standard technologies (core), business process mapping, and
reengineering. Prepares solution options, risk identification, and
financial analyses such as cost/benefit, ROI, buy/build, etc. Writes
detailed description of user needs, program functions, and steps required
to develop or modify computer programs.

Preparing and documenting Functional and Technical Specifications for
reporting, systems, and data warehouse work. Assist with business
warehouse/intelligence support and enhancements. Develops RFPs and SOWs.
Assist in deployment and management of end-user reporting tools and
platforms. Work with IT and business project teams to understand reporting
and data warehousing requirements and propose solutions. Document and
provide knowledge transfer to the rest of the Enterprise Reporting Team for
all solutions.

* Knowledge of SOA Composite, Component, OSB, OER and JDeveloper tool
* Designed and built concurrent, high throughput web services based on deep
understanding of the performance impacts of alternative threading
architectures
* Hands-on experience with the entire software development lifecycle i.e.
requirements, design, implementation, integration testing, deployment and
post production support
Demonstrate use of OSB for building middleware systems ground up using
Business and Proxy services, Message Routing, Content Enrichment, Message
Filtering, Message Transformation, Guaranteed delivery, Message sequencing,
Batch message processing, error handling.
* SOA Governance Best Practices - for SOAP/REST Web Service development,
Managing business asset such as XSD's, WSDL, Process Definitions, XSLT etc,
Design time UDDI, Policy management
* Deep understanding of Synchronous / Asynchronous communication patterns
and Problem solving abilities w.r.t. Message Sequencing, Correlation,
Queuing.
* Knowledge of SOA Design patterns for building middleware systems ground
up using Message Routing, Content Enrichment, Message Filtering, Message
Transformation, Guaranteed delivery, Message sequencing, Batch message
processing, error handling and reconciliation mechanisms.
* Security, Logging, Auditing, Policy Management and Performance Monitoring
and KPI for end-to-end process execution
