| Duties & Responsibilites : | -The Client has an immediate opening for a WPF/C# Developer with a large healthcare client in the Bowie, Maryland area.
-Our client develops cutting-edge software solutions that are helping to revolutionize the Healthcare Informatics industry.
-This position requires strong leadership talents plus an instinctive, problem-solving mentality and experience conceptualizing and creating out-of-the-
box solutions.
-Working in an Agile environment, we they’re engaged in construction of new solutions and continuous optimization of our current products.
-Responsible for software development implementations, taking high-level requirements and producing robust solutions, within predefined timelines, scope limitations, and in accordance with Agile SDLC methodology;
-Develop functionality / processes involving C# and WPF with emphasis on user-experience;
-Building visual styles using XAML;
-Interface with the business operations and product teams for technical specifications; and Participate in customer support processes;
-Responsible for research, planning, estimation, design, while ensuring that customizations and integration components are meeting the business
needs; and Produce quality, tested, and documented code.
Required:
-Minimum 2 years of experience writing complex WPF user interfaces;
-6 to 11 years of experience developing data driven applications using Microsoft technologies
-Proven understanding of OOAD and application development processes with focus on reusability, extensibility, and performance
-Experience working in an Agile environment
Preferred:
·BS or MS degree or foreign equivalent in computer science, engineering, or related field
·Experience with WCF and T-SQL
·Working knowledge of Scrum
