Project:
-To design an external interface product for customers to access an internal ticketing system and have full access to tickets. The system will then need to assign to the OS level forour client'ssupport teams (the external customerwill stillhave their own hardware).
-The goal is to develop a fully mature UI solution for self-service.
-This solution is branded “ITSM Client Portal.” The first customer is in flight, but the project will build an elastic solution that can scale to more business.
-The external UI will be built with ASP.NET, and thus, this team will need a IIS resource to help stand up and administer the hosting environment and work with the project development team to meet customer requirements and tight deadlines.
Required Skills:
-GEO HA experience
-IIS v. 8.0 (or 7.0-7.5)
-SQL Server 2012
-Experience working with application developers
-Knowledge of .NET
