The-job-will-entail-the-following-duties:
-Interacting-and-coordinating-with-staff-and-the-IT-Partnership-to-resolve-issues
-Assisting-in-the-flow-of-help-desk-tickets
(CTSU-Security-reviewed/approved-more-than-11,000-tickets-in-2012)
-Updating-security-policy-documents
-Participating-in-and-conducting-IT-audits-
-Performing-investigations-based-on-requests-or-from-research-leading-to-cause-for-further-investigation
-Be-able-to-manage-or-have-in-depth-knowledge-of-Active-Directory-group-memberships
-Other-ad-hoc-requests-from-ISO
Candidates-must-be-able-to:
-Communicate-technical-information-effectively-and-professionally-with-all-levels-of-staff
-Have-strong-communication-and-interpersonal-skills
-Exhibit-effective-time-management-skills

Skill-Required-/-Desired:
-Exp.-creating-security-documentation-Required
-Exp.-reviewing-and-applying-information-sec.-guidelines,-policies,-procedures.-Required
-Working-knowledge-of-information-systems-as-it-relates-to-IT-Sec.-Required
-Windows-XP/Windows-7-Required
-Working-Knowledge-of-MS-Office-2007-Required
-Similar-experience-with-Northrup-Grumman--Highly-desired
-Have-in-depth-knowledge-of-Active-Directory-group-memberships-Required
