Duties & Responsibilites :	-Expecting a technical leader with over 15 years of experience. -Should be comfortable with the design and coding of large scale web based C++ and JAVA coded applications and the integration of these applications with the IBM Tivoli Access Manager, ISAM, LDAP, Websphere and MQSeries -Our Tech Leads are all overallocated with work, and much of the work requires skills that our Tech Leads are in the process of developing. -Thus, they are leading development efforts with technologies that they are just learning. -These technologies include IBM MQseries services, including websphere, ISAM, LDAP.. We require the selected person to offer guidance in the use of these technologies and to share the knowledge such that our Tech Leads can be self sufficient on these technologies. MUST HAVES: - -Ability to partner with the current team of Technical Leaders, to complement their knowledge of the business applications that must interface with the above systems. -Possess the ability to share technical knowledge with the current team of Technical Leads. -Should be available for at least 3 months.
