Duties & Responsibilites :	Job Details:   Role: - Lead Program Manager Location: - Dallas, TX Duration: - 12 + months Job Description: • Provide day to day tracking and reporting of the NDA program • Run swim lanes across multiple directors and groups to make sure deliverables are on time • Create 30/60/90 day views to have a forward looking view • Proactively identify and mitigate risks • Keep track of project burn rate • Resolve blocking program issues by engaging the right teams Note: • This is a very visible role that lets us take charge of the program. • Experience with running a 200 person $20m program will be good. • Needless to say, excellent communication skills and problem solving and a very proactive approach. • Working directly with the AVP. • High level job duties.
