Duties & Responsibilites :

The Business Rules Developer will be a senior technology professional with deep understanding on business rules space.
Experience with any popular rule engine or a BPM tool (direct experience with Drools or IBM iLog is a big plus).
-Collaborate with stakeholders and development teams to understand functional requirements. 
-Must have developed Java based rules on multiple projects. This includes design, develop, prototype, and test of the required subsystem and its interface to the systems. 
-Must have demonstrated Object Orientated analysis and design skills. 
-Development of rules in Java and unit testing of a subset of Business rules in order to validate the Business Rules. 
-Requires strong core java development skills, an ability to extend and adhere to core architecture.
-Target app servers’ interface via MQ and web services, use DAL/DAO services, run under Weblogic Must be experienced and strong in full project lifecycle including Design, code, unit, integration testing and performance optimization.
-Java certification a plus
-Previous relevant work experience required. 

Management Skills: Good oral and written skills, Must be able to work independently or within a team.
