This candidate will have experience with reports and analytics specific to collaboration and call center tools. We are NOT looking for a DBA or a Project Manager. Preference is for candidate to have experience sourcing complex enterprise level data repositories to achieve the analytic solution required by the business partners. They will apply hands on technical skills to assist the SOW team in achieving the following results: · Strategy for metric capture, reports, and analytics for each product. · Strategy to include authoritative data repository where Information Retention and Archiving is applied. · Decisions on any additional products required to enable reporting. · Gap analysis between business metric requirements and product capabilities Build Example Chat Reports and Dashboards. · Build Example Email Reports and Dashboards. · Demo of reports with DC6 Architects​ · Once the SOW is complete, including appropriate decision documentation, this candidate will work with the DC 6 R18850 Reporting team to establish what deliverables from that release can be completed through an RBC from *Technical Skills:* · Experience in Salesforce.com (SFDC) Reports & Dashboards services. · Skilled at requirements gathering from multiple departments. · Preferred (not required) contact center experience. · Preferred (not required) experience on Salesforce.com’s Sales & Marketing close-loop reporting. · Preferred experience on Salesforce.com’s Force.com service (APEX and Visualforce). · Experience on Business Intelligence (BI) and Data Warehousing. · Preferred (not required) experience on integrating Salesforce.com with external systems.
