*Position : .Net Developer Location : Chicago , IL Duration : 4-6 Weeks Phone then Face to Face * *Locals only!* *DESCRIPTION:* One of our premier utility clients in the western suburbs is seeking a .NET Developer. The candidate selected will be involved in the design, development, testing, and deployment of internal as well as customer-facing business solutions. *Desired Experience and Knowledge:* •Five years or more .NET software development experience with mission critical business systems. •Experience with Accounts Payable and Receivable systems a plus. •Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Analysis and Design, including use case-based requirements development, using UML throughout the requirements and design phases, as well as architectural and coding design patterns, •Expert understanding of Microsoft .NET framework, C#, ASP.NET, WPF, MVC4, WCF, Web Services, ADO.NET, XML/XSLT, JavaScript/AJAX/DHTML. Workflow experience a strong plus. •Strong relational database design and development skills using Oracle PL/SQL or Microsoft SQL Server. Expert in the development of complex queries and procedures. PL/SQL preferred, but not required. Willingness to master PL/SQL required. •Experienced in software development best practices, including coding standards, automated builds, and unit testing.
