Senior candidates will be able to demonstrate experience in a ‘lead developer’ role and will have experience of providing technical leadership and direction, and taking responsibility for the quality and timeliness of deliveries. In addition they will have experience of: · *Financial Industry Experience required* · 8+ years enterprise Java delivery · Agile development methodologies (SCRUM, XP, DSDM, RUP etc.) · Application servers – Tomcat, Websphere, Weblogic, JBoss etc. · Strong skills in HTML/HTML5, JavaScript, CSS and Ajax.
