SKILLS:  *PMP certification required- Experience with Epic Technical Dress
Rehearsals or other software rollouts to multiple locations preferred -
Experience managing geographically distributed teams Epic experience is not
required but must have strong PM skills.*



Work will consist of the following tasks:



· Communications: Develop operations communication templates,
schedule operations briefing calls, and final appointment invitations.

· Scheduling: Work with endpoint, operations, and volume metrics to
put together a validated schedule outlining when each site will be seen by
the TDR teams.

· Staffing: Work with each major organization (Project team,
Operations, Epic, and Endpoint) to identify and/or hire resources as needed
and communicate resourcing needs

· Training and Pilot Planning: Develop a training plan for the TDR
field team members and schedule / conduct a pilot to refine methodologies
and tools.

· Environment Readiness: Prepare production for TDR by creating
sufficient test patients, migrating build, and testing tester logins.
Ensure ongoing production environment cleanup.

· Test Scripts: Develop test scripts that outline, step-by-step,
how to perform essential Epic functionality to test the device

· Checklists: For each device, provide a checklist that, when used,
can demonstrate a successful or failed device test, as well indicate when
and where to place a device label. These allow for tracking readiness at
the device level.

· Design Daily Tracker and Leadership reports The rate for this
requisition is all inclusive.



Candidates will be expected to provide their own equipment.

The Agile and Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) Process Coach will
participate in the development and execution of strategies to drive Agile
and Lean adoption throughout the Global Connected Consumer organization.
They will participate in completing transformation-related items in the
Agile Coaching Office Product Backlog. Examples include assisting in the
definition of an Agile maturity model, establishing a Continuous
Improvement Framework, teaching Agile related practices and guiding teams
in the establishment of reports and Key Performance Indicators.

As an Agile and SDLC Process Coach, this individual may be assigned to one
or more programs or software development teams at a time and will be
coaching the members of multiple teams on all aspects of Agile and Lean
practices adoption, as well as providing guidance on internal SDLC
processes. Examples include guiding a program or team in identification of
the milestones and artifacts required by our SDLC framework, assessing the
appropriateness of Agile or other Lean practices for a particular program
or team, establishing the use of Kanban boards and ceremonies, establishing
and grooming a good Product Backlog, coaching or facilitating meetings such
as iteration planning or retrospectives, and maintaining release and sprint
burn-downs – all with the objective of developing these skills in our
organization.

*Key Responsibilities*

• Act in a coaching capacity for more than one team with a focus on guiding
the team members toward improving the way they work and developing
competencies in others.
• Act as the agent of change. The coach will constantly seek ways to
support the Agile / Lean enablement effort and continuously drive toward
ever-increasing Agile maturity.
• Help members of program or development team to apply practices in the
context of their specific project.
• Instruct others in the facilitation of sprint planning, retrospective and
sprint demos
• Provide guidance to assist the product owner with keeping the backlog
groomed
• Ensure cross-team coordination
• Reach out to the larger company network for impediment removal
• Maintain relevant metrics that help the team see how they are doing

NJ OIT is in need of a  PM will oversee the review and documentation of all
data center facilities infrastructure, support and maintenance contracts
associated with the infrastructure, internal work procedures and current
maintenance schedules and contracts.  This has been partially completed to
date.



Years of Relevant Experience: 5 -7



Preferred Education: 4 year college degree or equivalent technical study





Role Description:



The Project Manager will oversee the review and documentation for all data
center facilities infrastructure, support and maintenance contracts
associated with the infrastructure, internal work procedures and current
maintenance schedules and contracted work activities.



This PM must also function as a business analyst developing recommendations
for any gaps in the As Is processes and tasks with recommendation for
improved processes based on recommended data center facilities best
practices.



Additionally, Data Center experience is required.  Key responsibilities
will be to:



-  Perform the detailed analysis and assessment to suggest best
sustainability practices and recommendations while adhering to project
milestone target dates.



-  Provide status/progress reports at defined intervals to an
OIT designee.



-  Work with the Contract Analyst/Business Analyst and the
Technical Writer/Documentation Specialist to produce the following
deliverables :



  1.  Written summary of the status of all data center facilities
(HUB, Bldg. 15 and Hamilton) infrastructure equipmentincluding origins,
functionality, normal operating performance and current status of operation.



  2.  Written summary of contracts supporting facility
infrastructure systems (Fire suppression, uninterruptible power
supply-including battery stores, onsite backup power generation, heat and
cooling systems and identification of other facility assets that pose risk
to operations) including services provided under contract, service gaps
identified and assessment of services performed by current and former
providers for the past 24 months.



  3.  Written summary of contacts and information sources
contributing to the assessment.



  4.  Written recommendations/summary of facility infrastructure
and contract findings with process and service improvement opportunities.
