*Location: Cleveland, OH*

*Description:*

· Individual would be responsible for test plan/ script creations
for performance testing.

· Should be pro-active in highlighting the relevant show stopper
for over all testing and help in identification of corresponding
resolutions.

· Analyze root causes of performance issues and provide corrective
actions.

· Generate test summary reports for management review

· Analyze test results and coordinate with development teams for
bug fixes.  Should primarily know about Performance Testing and
performance monitoring concepts

· Should possess knowledge of HP Load Runner or similar Performance
Testing tools

· Well versed with Test Plan/Test Script creations/executions

· Bottleneck identification & resolutions recommendations ,
scripting , report analysis

· Strong communications skills

· Ability to work in a team oriented collaborative environment
